Ms. Roopali Grover- A paractising Company Secretary and a law graduate who started with a vision to revolutionize the manner of advising and to create a robust support the way consultancies work in India. She has done her MBA in finance from Symbiosis (Pune) and completed her Masters in Commerce. She started her career as a Company Secretary & a Compliance Officer in Singer India Limited, a listed Company.

She left her job and established a firm in 2010 which is a decade-old now which started from a one-room to 4 offices now. She is passionate about law and inclined in rendering her services in compliance and regulatory needs of the clients.

The firm’s infrastructure includes modern and well-equipped offices with well trained professionals and support staff and with a self-guided approach by team members. Where one can expect an honest, straight forward evaluation of the merits of their case, the drawbacks and hurdles and the chances that their survival.
