“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Articles of Association of the Company and applicable laws, the design, form and impression of the Common Seal of the Company as placed before the meeting be and is hereby approved and adopted as the Common Seal of the Company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Common Seal shall be kept in the safe custody of the Board of Directors and shall be affixed on such deeds, documents, certificates, agreements, instruments and writings as may be authorised by the Board or any person authorised by the Board from time to time.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any Director and/or the Company Secretary of the Company be and are hereby severally authorised to take all necessary actions and do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary for giving effect to this resolution.”
